Personally I’ve never heard this term used to describe someone’s actions/behavior before and I was just wondering.. what, exactly, does being “too ni****ish” entail?

I didnt mean any harm by it. I basically apply it to a black person who goes extra hard on another black person pretty much for no reason. we all get outta pocket sometimes, but I just dont like it when we act vicious towards one another unnecessarily for the rest of the world to see. almost like high level c00ning.
