TI aint no where near the 1st rapper to do this...

50 cent has a residency at Drais, Waka Flocka has one, Fabolous has one, Big Sean as well. Busta Rhymes and Nick Cannon always have parties there.. Meek Mill was on his way to having a residency at Drais til he fukked up.

If you count Chris Brown and Trey Songz as hip hop, they been there awhile now too
