Why,...
Even talk about it.
Imo, this shyt was just some send off that need not be discussed.

Years back, Pharrell previewed the T.I. version at a show. It was supposed to be on Trouble Man. It didn't make it. When T.I. announced Pharrell was executive producing Paper Work, fans thought the song would be a single, but it didn't even make that album either. Fast forward to 2017 and Migos drop "Stir Fry" and people who remembered the T.I. song instantly brought up the fact that they first heard the T.I. version. So I'm guessing he got wind of it, and kind of put it out there that he did have a song over the beat, but he likes Migos's song better.

So this is basically just a bside discussion.
Why?

Why not just let the bside have the mystique a bside is supposed to have.

No need to even speak on it.

We're in an era where mystique isn't valued largely due to social media. People speak on everything just because they have a platform and it will draw attention just because of the parties involved.
