Its for new and pre-existing customers.. You don't need to be active service either..Veterans are eligible for this service also.Once you establish the plan..There's a link on T-Mobiles website to confirm Military service.Copped a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus regularly $840.00 for half price..Instead of $30.00 a month for 2 years .It will be $15.00 a month..Unlimited Text,Internet and Voice $50.00..I looks like Auto-Bill pay was added to my account also,but I'm going to cancel that shyt even if it adds another $5.00 to my bill monthly...
