BRAKE CHECKING IS ILLEGAL BUT SO IS TAILGATING SO I DON'T KNOW WHO WINS IN COURT. I'M GUESSING THE GUY TAILGATING IS AT FAULT. I HATE TAILGATERS. I JUST MOVE THOUGH. IT JUST ISN'T WORTH RISKING THE LIVES OF EVERYBODY ON THE ROAD TO TEACH AN a$$hole A LESSON.

I've often dealt with tailgaters shyt is nerve wracking and fukking annoying...but i've never break checked...
Both are at fault.
The driver in front who hit the brakes didn't have a reason to brake. The car ahead of it was a far off and wasn't braking and nothing was in the lane that would require braking. The driver could be charged with reckless driving. The driver who crashed can also be charged with following too closely.
What to do? Well, think of every car around you having a car camera that is recording and there's a judge in one of those cars. What would you do to "not" get a ticket?

I was driving in this morning on the highway on a part that had 2 lanes. There were 2 tractor trailers side by side going under the speed limit
When I drove in Europe it was beautiful. Everyone got over. Even I got over when someone faster than me was behind me. All the trucks stayed all the way to the right. America, u have a$$holes like this:
