I'ma go with the tailgater. The car in the front couldn't of switched lanes yet because there was merging traffic coming onto the highway
I'm starting to lean towards the dude that crashed...He was mad impatient. Yeah, the car could've switched lanes because it was like 5 car lengths of space after the merger, but at least he was going faster than the right lane...
