Theres just not enough rapping on NWTS. T-Minus would have filled the void left on the tracks 40 didin't produce. The Language, 305, Worst Behavior. All weak tracks and pretty forgetful.

I don't know if you mean this to be a good or bad thing, but I'm just really liking that lane of music these days so its all appreciated at the end of the day.

I was thinking so too at first. But nah. NWTS is his best album. The only weak song on here is Own It. Everything else is solid quality music.

Im pretty sure this will be the general consensus as the years go on. See the thing about Drake is, you cornball "hip hawwwp" stans are so delusional with ya hate for him, that eveything he releases is faced with scruntiy first then acceptance later.

I remember when he first Released Take Care. Everybody on SOHH was FLAMING it. I remember cats destroying him, when he first leaked "Proud Of You" as his second single, the singing joint with Rhianna. The same way you are all catching feelings over Wu-Tang Forever. nikkas was slaying him worse for practice etc..


Now all of a sudden when the coast is clear two years later. It is his best album all of a sudden

he hasn't gotten better or worse. but the highs on TC were better.

this will be his last super successful album though. he had a good run for what it was, but feelings have changed and the mainstream crowd is moving on.

i actually think his next album will be his best though.
