All I know is they better not go with that higher price tag publishers want. If the game costs 100 dollars it will be the first time a GTA game failed to meet sales expectations since the series went mainstream with GTA 3.

I think 100$ is def gonna happen for this game and it's gonna break sale records. But we'll see lol. (But this is another reason why it wont be on PC day 1, 100$ wont fly on PC at all)
I don't think they'll do a hundo, but there will be a hundo deluxe edition no doubt. I can see them trying 80 bucks and some bullshyt deluxe edition with unlocked cars and gear/weapons.

Feel like the price will be between $79.99 and $109.99.....likely different "tiers":
Base Game - 79
Deluxe Edition - 89
Gold Edition - 99
Platinum Edition - 109
Might even have some super dee duper version that's between $129.99 and $199.99 that has everything from the Platinum version plus extra collectable items, perks etc.
As long as the game is top-notch, they'll be fine. Of course the higher they price it, the higher expectations will be...so they better be sure they have a hit. It needs to feel next-gen...ot like some souped up PS4 game.....push the boundaries of the current hardware.
