Epsom salt’s been good to me, I’ll try some of them oils soon.

I ain’t try it yet but green tea baths are supposed to be good for the muscles and the skin.

I want to get into meditation more...usually don’t have the focus for it, but chilling in the warm bath is the closest I get to that type of mindfulness.
