The lockdown has allowed me to discover the joys of an afternoon nap and this shyt is 
I’ve actually put it my daily schedule now; 2:30pm every day after a heavy lunch when I’m feeling drowsy, then I hit the sack.
I sleep for at least 2.5hrs and it’s not the just the nap that’s deep and satisfying
but the dreams are vivid and very weird. I wake feeling extra refreshed.
