-The Blast was the last song recorded for Train of Thought at Electric Lady on 8th St in Greenwich Village. Corey Smyth my manager suggested that we add a song that teaches people how to say my name, since that seemed to be an issue. We also had everyone who came into the studio say “Talib Kweli, Hi Tek, Reflection Eternal” on the mic.
