A black conservative is an oxymoron.
I can understand being fiscally conservative, but socially conservative? in a country where the default person does not look like you, and where the media and all public services are targeted towards and catered to people that don't look like you? a congress that is filled with people that don't look like you, police force, military, all of it filled with people that don't look like you. How can you support that? how can you not want to change that?
I think that every Black family or individual in America should visit an African country at least once for at least 3 days to understand just how much America is designed for white people. People really don't understand the gravity of the level of exclusion they have.

It's because people don't know what the word "conservative" really means.
I understand black conservatives, and I'm sure there are a fair number of black people who are both socially (at least with respect to traditional morality) and fiscally conservative. I just don't understand how you, as a black person, can support the Republican Party in 2014.
