1999 was so exciting....
The end of the 90s...the end of the millennium. The end of the 20th century.
Especially if you were in junior high to college at the time.

I was in middle school at a different house party like twice a month minimum and our school had a dance every holiday with DJ’s that played any rap song you wanted.
