I've always had this problem...thought it was my phone, but even on my Touchpad it does the same thing.
I can't do any sort of moderation on Tapatalk and the reg browser and chrome app are both dreadful when accessing this site.

I got notifications in tapatalk before and tapatalk 2.Matter of fact, when I first downloaded T2, I went crazy trying to turn off notifications in T1 (I didn't delete it to see the differences), I still don't know exactly how I did it.
