Tapriots fumble rate will implode this season

There was a controversial article a while back about the statistically anomalous rate of fumbles the Patriots have. They are off the charts with how little they fumble since teams were allowed to prep their own game balls.

The study was flawed, but there's something going on there. I'm pretty sure that now that the Patriots don't get to prep game balls any more, we're going to see their ridiculous fumble rates rise up quite a bit.

538 reviewed the stats and even they think something fishy is up

I'm predicting a huge change in the Patriots fumble rate. They will drop from first to OUT OF THE TOP TEN least fumbling teams this season. That to me will be proof they were fukking with the game balls.
