I give it a few years and more than likely nobody will be doing this. If Target gets away with it why would places like Best Buy and Walmart continue it?

Funny how they try to make it seems like customer feedback lead to this.

I REALLY try skipping both Walmart and them. Walmart was the first to do it, 2 weeks after Trump got elected. Not even in office yet.

Do have some giftcards and went in Target back in May. Dunno what they are doing, but the same black owned brands that I remember are still in there. Say one thing and do another maybe?

But anyways, this is dumb as fukk. Other retailers should promote their shyt even more to counter.

This is a bizarre move on Target's end. They lost hundreds of millions if not billions in sales because of supporting anti DEI measures to add this on top of that it's like they want to lose money.

I rarely buy games from Target unless they are on sale. I knew of Best Buy having a price matching system (and it sucks) but this may start a trend of ending price matching altogether.

I think it will. With tariffs going up companies will likely be less willing to take a loss just to get a sale.

edit, and turkey sausage. their turkey sausage only has like 3 ingredients and no chemicals. if they go under i either have to make my own or i'm screwed on that front

Well I don't fukk w/Walmart to begin with because of how they try to double dip and play games with shipping when ordering online.

Best Buy does shady shyt with their price matching shyt for instance, say if I see a item on BB website but find it cheaper on Amazon or Target some times I can get the same item from BB for the lower price but the item has to be exact same model number or BB won't do the price match. Best Buy in certain cases don't even honor release day pickups/deliveries for games.

At the rate Best Buy is going they might as well just be a home appliance store like ABC Warehouse.
