He's hates Tariq because Tariq is anti Black American because he's an underground worshipper of evil. But he loves the xenophobia of his message. He wants to be on one side but not the other. He loves and believes in government and knows that how most Blacks get paid. He knows Tariq isn't one of them. He knows voting against the democrats doesn't protect or serve his needs. Whereas Tariq is brought and paid for and thats how he makes his coins.
