As a Celts fan, I can understand why the majority of fans feel the way they feel. Dude just presents as corny and tryhard. That whole trying to get a KG moment after winning the championship will haunt him for the rest of his career, but it's kind of different, people just think he is corny and cringe, I don't think anyone "hates" him, he is not polarizing enough.

To me he seems to have improved some of his flaws which was finishing at the rim , still needs to improve at not shooting himself out of games in the offs he is a very solid player just doesn't have that IT factor/ signature move, playing to the crowd showmanship. It's Bean town and they have had all time greats and players that had game and "swag" /showmanship
