That’s Crown Heights. There’s a section of Crown Heights that basically bleeds into Flatbush (Ebbets field, Sterling) but not that specific part of Troy.

Flatbush is basically a city on its own. There’s spots that are treacherous looking and others that aren’t. A nikka from Brownsville would have that impression as almost all of those the ville is rough to look at.
