"Boring" is the most lazy ass criticism. Especially when used on people who's music is intentionally chill. I see it used by people who can't form their own reasoning on why they don't like an artist so they just regurgitate the same shyt they heard from the last nikka. It's also completely subjective, I know plenty of people including myself that find football "boring" but to many people it's exciting.
It's funny because when a rapper like Vince Staples puts out a tape that's not safe or boring at all nikkas quick to put out thebecause it ain't easy listening music you might love on the first play thru. Small ass nikkas just stick to whatever is on the billboards.

I don't agree that boring is boring at all. Hip hop is a complex medium that invokes complex emotions. Just because you don't know how to properly convey how you feel bout a track doesn't make it simply boring. And shyt maybe it is boring but tell me what's boring about it. I mean this really proves my point. I don't think the sport at its core is boring, I think all of the stops in play, commercial breaks, etc ruins the game for me. Theres only about 10 minutes of actual football going on for real so it's not a sport I'ma find myself watching very much.
