I'm a teacher aide and the least violent person in the world...and with that said...the nuns were on to something with taking rulers to kids. Kids are out of fukking control.

I feel bad for the teacher. All this over a phone. They're seriously going to have to end up making it mandatory to turn over phones and basically lock a student out of in-school education if this keep up. I can see some people pushing for shyt like this and letting the students who love their phones become the problem of the parents.

He shouldn’t even be going back and forth. I’ll call up your mom from the classroom while you acting a fool. Grade the misbehaving students paper with a fine toothed comb. If my students are acting an ass I just start talking at a low tone and tell the class if this student keeps acting up, I will throw a pop quiz and fukk everybody up. Nothing better than seeing other students telling the one acting up to chill the fukk out.
Write them up and make it an administrative problem. It’s more than one way to skin a cat.

If I was him I would be blaming that reaction on medication or high blood pressure, something. If I was a principal, idk if I could fire him after that but at the end of the year, you getting transferred. I would definitely recommend some anger management classes and maybe do a professional development session for the whole staff on managing stress in the classroom.this crazy nikka the worst-behaved person in the video
depending on the state there may not even have to be much of an investigation if there’s no teachers union…the main thing is him kicking and tossing around that desk/chair in this day and age…as I skimmed the thread I saw someone “fondly reminiscing” about their teacher throwing desks back in the days but that’s not gonna fly nowadays (no pun intended) and could/should be viewed as an endangerment to students…you can’t just kick and throw desks/chairs around like that with little to no regard for student safety…I’d have no problem with him getting fired…he’s far too short-tempered to be around ppl’s kids
