Honestly most of the ppl that made the most noise about leaving I feel did so for publicly/public relations especially the ones that got the red carpet treatment from certain mayor's (Miami).

To be fair the people who constantly poke at this narrative are broke people or people who can’t afford to live in these coastal cities.

I’ve always said the fact that people will live with roommates in these cities is enough to prove how popular they are

Yes the fukk they can. That’s what makes it even weirder. :hhh:

Nerdy, skinny, smug looking cacs with latin, white, black and Asian hunnies is not unusual walking the streets of Oakland and SF
Its like this is San Diego. All the bad sistas you see over here be with cacs.

This shyt is elastic.

I remember in 2009 when my friend brought a crib in Sac for 250k with a 320k appraisal.

When the bubble popped...was sitting at 210. Short sale.

Of course this happens... SF is full of old money.

The fringe will always exist.

San Francisco is one of the places that buses homeless people to Las Vegas, right?

They should train the ones that are still semi-coherent and create a new Cirque Du Soleil show on the strip.

It's the other way around. Nevada and lots of other states give their undesirables one-way bus tickets to SF

I have the best of both worlds, I live in a small mostly black suburb, the good semi rural life, but the big city just a few miles downs the road. That's the entire point of suburban living and Texas still has that. Problem with the bay area is its completely 100% urban, you cant get the best of both worlds there:francis:

Sounds more like LA. One of the biggest draws of the bay is its proximity to nature activities.

These guys simply like living in the proximity of big money while having none of the big money themselves

All this talk of opportunies for networking and interactions they wouldnt otherwise get. Hipsters like being around other hipsters and doing hipster(read overpriced) shyt

nikka...they are the city version of the Clubhouse app
