I have the best of both worlds, I live in a small mostly black suburb, the good semi rural life, but the big city just a few miles downs the road. That's the entire point of suburban living and Texas still has that. Problem with the bay area is its completely 100% urban, you cant get the best of both worlds there

Sounds more like LA. One of the biggest draws of the bay is its proximity to nature activities.
