The deflection and juelzes will run out eventually, and people are going to have to address reality. Now, this isn't happening everywhere, but the incidents aren't rare and are becoming more common across different metro areas. When the businesses eventually close down, leaving fewer goods/services and jobs in these locales....the juelzes aren't going to employ those people.

Blacks teens that live in major cities are one of the most annoying demographics right now.
I literally do not want to be around them, if a group of more than 5-6 teens are in my vicinity I’m soon leaving. Don’t care if it’s profiling or not.

What the biggest impact is really.

They never replaced the Pizza Hut and Star Bucks out by my in-laws' house yet that got destroyed in the riots. That Pizza Hut I know for a fact was busy.

The extra dumb thing about it is in 2023 it's so easy for police to track down who did what. Wearing hoodies don't help.

19-year-old got arrested. Dude basically now has ruined his life.

Problem is nobody shot anything: a tent fell and folks got extra then simply started running which caused a panic.

There's a tiny hardcore criminal element that exists in different communities. Though small in numbers, they cause tremendous damage. In this vid, I'd guess that 3 people set it off and the natural followers joined in to trash the area.

That element needs to be removed from society, so that the regular people can enjoy life.
Legal reform measures should be for the people who've made a mistake, or found themselves in the wrong place at wrong time, not for people whose actions show them to be hardcore criminals . Tightening up of existing laws and amending new ones should prevent the latter group from sneaking under loopholes created with the first group in mind.
Contrary to what some reformists believed, non enforcement of low level offenses emboldens some criminals to push the line further and further, and become more brazen.

I like your idea. But you still didn't say what the cause is? Like what caused the first person to begin trashing the place? What made them like that?

Honestly… when kids are instantly fed, blm, defund the police, systematic racism, police brutality, white privilege, Karen’s, CAC’s, income inequality, and no positive images in music or entertainment (see shows like snowfall and power), in addition to the racist social media algorithms….. they simply have no future to live for.
