Yeah. Run in yo stash house, tie granny up...

Definitely going to listen later, been a while for a Premo laced album. Contraband is a banger.

Also dope to see another Premo Griselda connection.
Premo hooked MC Eiht up with some heat...but I forget the project

Premo is my personal GOAT

But I feel you on that. All his stuff is sounding the same now. His style is his style, but after 30 years…
You can play his 30 year old beats and they still sound fire though. There's just something different to his sound now. His sampling is a little bit stale, but the biggest problem is that his drum programming has been dogwater for years now. Real stiff sounding. shyt is always mixed down, with no low end on his kicks too. No warmth at all on the beats either. I think he must have switched up his equipment and it fukked with the feel of his shyt.

The contraband joint has a dope beat that still holds up (other than how the drums are mixed), but the other two joints are meh. I'll check the whole album when I get a chance though.

this is a good and I am afraid heavily overlooked album. Teflon is my guy and I didnt know what to expect with this album but it did not disappoint.
