No doubt about it. Many many many people have been killed by this vulnerability. We will never know how many, and maybe they were going to get got one way or another. But considering this was available to private detectives and other underworld type figures, it’s a certainty that people are dying behind this.
Lol cmon now. They’ve been doing this shyt in secret for decades. No amount of public rage is gonna take away telco and governments abilities to track each and every one of us.
I remember after 9/11 one of these government types casually mentioned like they just invented the idea of using cell phones to find victims. Knowing they'd been doing that shyt for years. They probably got trackers in new cars too.
