Second ain't much going on right now cause it's cold as fck, for culture you need to hit up the Cleveland Museum Of Art...(it's gonna be closed tomorrow because ita cold as fck though)

Food is all over the city you can get whatever, Asian, Mexican,Cuban,Ethiopian, Jamaican, BBQ, etc... I can break it down further by place depending on what you trying to get.

We got some winter festivals coming up but right now ain't nothing going on cause it's cold. It's a few clubs here that are aight but that's on the weekend for real.

Spring, Summer, and Fall there is quite a bit to do around the city. I ride motorcycles so I'm all over the place.

As far as food you can find damn near anything downtown. Somebody mentioned Polish Boys (Polish sausage, cole slaw, french fries, and bbq sauce), a few places sell them (B&M BBQ, Kim's Wings), one of the best combo's.

Women, I will co-sign what @Oatmeal said, we have some, not on Miami, FL or L.A. levels but there are some in the city. Gotta search a bit.
