Tell me if im wrong (cacs)

Someone please tell me if im in the wrong about what went down today. For reference:

-The military sent me to a rehab/hospital stay
-I get out and do group therapy all day for depression/anxiety/PTSD
-At this point i got a year left on my contract and im finessing for a VA disability check
-Im very laid back and nonchalant about shyt that (to me) isnt that important

So today these cacs were on one in group. They claim i play both sides and can never pick a side in an argumentim a habitual liar. I do lie alot, and im tryna change that, but im not one to argue over petty shyt. And truthfully 90% of the stuff that goes on the job, at home, and in relationships really arent that serious. I just dont give a damn. So im just like

These cacs call themselves grilling me today about lying and not picking sides in disagreements we have in group. Im tryna tell them, most of the shii going on i dont give a fck about. Including what they be talking about which is why i dont entertain it

They like "Oh you're hiding something, i can tell"
"Be a man and choose a side! You're just protecting yourself from the ridicule of your opinions."

Now if its the abortion law in GA, i'll comment. Bc that affects brehs down there. But one girl in there asked me if she's wrong because she kicked a guy out her dorm when she was gon let him fck and he couldnt get hardI gave her some round-about answer. In the grand scheme of things it dont matter. Why would i give a damn about entertaining questions about another breh dikking you down?but these white folks used that situation as the landmark example in trying to get me to open up and be more honest.

So, the issue isn’t so much that they are right with their assessment of you, but you just don’t like that it was white people calling you out on your shyt, right?

If they are right, then they are right!

You said that you really dgaf about what they are saying, trying to say or whatever else they got going on in those groups.

I just wanna know if you have to attend these group sessions? If these people make you feel uncomfortable, then don’t go.

Shyt just had me trippen. It’s a defense mechanism. The less people know about you the less damage they can do.

They tryna get the vets in there to be more in tune with their emotions
