So he won the power battle with Vrabel last year only to lose it with the owner this time. It is what it is. You can't throw a bunch of money at FA with a wack QB you drafted and expect me to respect the job you did. I'm more lenient with GMs than coaches though: I think most GMs need at least 3 years. But ehh.
