All that's left is the IBF, I think.
Ducked boots like canelo ducked benavidez
This was one of my main issues with Terence. Crawford never chased to become an A-side and be the hunted. His 2 biggest fights he was the b-side. He always talking on someone’s business but don’t wanna give dudes a shot with his name first on the poster.Boots just isn’t a draw. He isn’t worth that risk at this point for Crawford

He’s lame for that.
So, was his opponents so it balances out. Next, Terence chose to re-sign. That’s not on PBC. TC wasn’t and still isn’t a big enough star so it never made financial sense to make that a cross-promotional fight.blah blah. all bullshyt. Bud did what he could do under Top Rank. after he left them he still did what he could. wasnt his fault or TR fault that PBC was freezing him out. Spence fight should have been 5 years prior. he was the B-Hop of his era. he was the Hagler of his era. we were cheated out of seeing these guys in the big fights in the primes of their careers. you do realize the 2 fights you are speaking of, Bud was past his physical prime?

Uh uh. Oh really, so you wanted him to sign with PBC? That does stuff like
And having the biggest star of PBC say stuff like
The disrespect PBC did to him for years and you had PBC nuthuggers be like "hE sHoUlDn'T hAvE rEsIgNeD wItH ToP rAnK " trying to throw stones then hide their hands. Ya'll johnny come lately nikkas who don't know the whole story are hilarious to me
It’s almost as if Bob Arum just didn’t try to sue Al Haymon during that time.
It is almost as if Bob Arum didn’t bash him talking about how much money he wasted on TC. However, it’s big bad PBC that single-handedly ruined him. He’s a c00n who has no smoke for cacs but always saying something sideways about black folks.
I did. It was justified because his promoter at the time tried to sue Al Haymon. TC was collateral damage.Didn't address my post at all, just like I thought
PBC nuthugger confirmed

This. I remember the thread announcing him resigning with TR and everyone's reaction to it. It was a massive mistake by Terrence. Who knows what the other companies were offering him, but he definitely should not have resigned. So, was his opponents so it balances out. Next, Terence chose to re-sign. That’s not on PBC. That’s a safe assessment but no one drops money makers. Warner Brothers seen the writing on the wall for the sport before we did.This. I wonder though if he would have been far a bigger star under TR if HBO never got rid of boxing. I feel like him fighting on ESPN hurt his stock. Really HBOs demise is directly responsible for the lack of true Mega stars this generation.
Yes, for sure. I'm not faulting them for doing it. Culturally though HBO was directly responsible for creating every mega star of the 90s and 2000s. Culturally HBO was boxing. Showtime as well, to a lesser degree, but HBO, with its production and promotion, was clearly the platform that launched mega stardom. In my opinion a large part of their demise was the departure of Floyd Mayweather and Al Haymon. That’s a safe assessment but no one drops money makers. Warner Brothers seen the writing on the wall for the sport before we did.
i can agree with this..one thing that HBO did that no other outlet that aired boxing was or is able to do to a high degree was to tell a story about a fighter..its bad when a pac has to be put in a PPV main event with scrubs for ppl to be interested in said scrub's fight or why canelo still has a fanbase thats wants to see himReally HBOs demise is directly responsible for the lack of true Mega stars this generation.
