Whole life a scam bc its to expensive

Buy a GUL and call it a day. At least someone will get a check eventually.

I priced whole life, UL, the works. Ended up grabbing term from Capital for Life: 30 years, $1 M, $74/month. Ran the "invest-the-difference" math, if I earn even 5-6 % in index funds the gap destroys the WL cash value by year 15. Figure term is insurance; my Roth and taxable accounts are investments.

now that i have a wife and a family i got a 25 year term
I'm 40 so goes till 65, if its the Lord's will I croak before they will be taken care off, if i croak after 65 they have my pension survivor benefits
