With the multi-hyphenate relinquishing his news duties as part of a wide-ranging deal he signed with NBCUniversal this past spring, E! has hired the former 106 & Park co-host to join Giuliana Rancic at the weekday anchor desk beginning November 12. As part of his new role, Jenkins (formerly known as Terrence J) will work on personality profiles and will report for the news program.

It's an opportunity for a brotha to eat even better than he has been. Along with the movie roles; dude's gonna be thriving in this position no doubt.


People always passed disparaging words bout him how he's corny this, goofy that... oh well. He's just being an on air personality; you gotta be light spirirted and playful (but in the urban community; those are grounds for cornball status). It's only right he go somewhere he can fit the bill and not continually be chastised by dudes who aren't in the a simliar light of lime. So squeeze that.
