you may save in gas, but wont your electric bill go up ??? how does this work ?
Yeah but it's relative to how much you spend on gas. I've read on forums from tesla owners that their bill might go up anywhere from 35$ to $90. It depends on how much you charge it i guess.

Edit, you also have to factor in other car maintenance things as well such as oil changes.

Price comparison to other luxury vehicles, this is coming from someone who plans on getting a Model E.
The model 3/e is going to be around 40k shyt you could save a little bit more and get a model s now. I agree the X price point is competing with a fully loaded Range Rover supercharged and G wagon. I don't think they are on the same level.

Tax incentives will drop the model 3, probably all Teslas, down quite a bit. Kinda the reason I'm considering one honestly, the nearest supercharger is 30 miles from me :manny:

As far as competing price points, I was thinking a Panamera or M6. If I were eyeing a car over 110K, Tesla's not going to be considered.

I can see the panamera or m6 but tesla has similar if not better performance but the interior is weak and the exterior doesn't scream 6 figure car. I can see why you'd want those two over the tesla esp if you don't care about being more exclusive car wise.

That car is impressive as hell. 0-60 in 3.2 secs:wow:
It actually looks better than the model s imo. Glad they changed the design from the original mockup.

Nah the model s look better esp with that stupid front that look like one of the jeeps I forgot the name of. I like the nose cone better than the front they have now.

Those X price points are the souped up fully loaded versions (Founder's version and Signature version).

When they start building the regular versions they'll likely be priced about $5k more than the Model S.

The Model S is dope, I'd put it above similar vehicles (Panamera, M6, CLS)
