How long did the breathing issues last and were they alarming enough that u considered the hospital?

Breathing issues lasted til like day 12. My lungs still not 100% yet either. But it’s getting there

but one night I thought about going to the hospital. That day I had a industrial face mask on all day, cause my son was fussy and h wanted to give my a girl a break cause she had been watching my son by her self for 12 days straight. So I had him the full day and anytime he was sleep I had the mask on and it really restricts air coming in and going out. And that night I had to focus on breathing hard.

I’m not sure. I did a lot of sitting in the bathroom inhaling a lot of steam. It’s not really a cold or flu. But you did need to do stuff to loosen the mucus

1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon maple syrup(or honey)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
Pinch of cayenne pepper
