My Boys Dey Be Lurkin...
Gonna be honest brehs, I think I got it on some level...
So mid-day Tuesday like 11am-ish, I’m at a grocery store, and I start getting this tightness in my chest. Felt like what I would tihnk of a heart-attack almost but it was moreso spread around in the middle of my chest. I hadn’t ate lunch or drank much water all day so I’m thinking maybe I need to eat. So I eat about lunch 3 o clock and then i go lay down for 30mins or so. I wake up, I went back out again for a min and then ate dinner. I sat on my couch and passed out and woke up about 12 midnight…..and that tightness/chest pressure was on full-blast then. And if I breathed with effort, it was a sharp pain. I was like wtf. But no fever, no cough, nothing. But I did notice that whenI woke up at that time I had like a nightsweat. My stocking cap was wet.
So I go to bed officially a little later, wake up Wednesday morning, and the chest pressure/tightness/pain is even more tight. Now, if I’m sitting and I stand up it’s uncomfortable b/c it feels like my lungs/rib cage is too big for my chest, like there something fluid-like bouncing up & down in there. Like just pushing against my body. And if I breathe even semi-deep it’s hurting. If I lay back in the recliner it’s hurting inside. On top of this I had supreme muscle aches in my shoulders. And I work out alot so I’m used to my shoulders hurting in general, but I havent been to the gym obviously. Made me some hot cider in my Keurig hoping that would help.
Now I’m getting worried. Still no fever, or cough tho. I even made myself cough to see if I’d feel that pain in my chest. I’m staying home all day of course, not doing anything. About 4pm I decided I gotta do something. So I went to Walmart, bought a gallon jug of water, some Pedialyte, and started mixing both and pounding them the remainer of the evening along with some Gatorade I had. Going to go pee every 30mins to an 1hr etc. I also had some vitamin C & vitamin D pills I started taking 2 of each and ate some apple slices and Tylenol capsules. I was in chest pain even standing up to use the bathroom, any movemen of my upper body was painful. On top of this I’m not feeling 100% great at that point, just....blah. I told myself, if this gets worse tomorrow I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I drank another tall glass of water/pedialyte, go to bed that night super nervous.
So Thursday (yesterday) morning I wake up, open my eyes. I’m laying on my back and before I move a muscle, I try to breathe deeply to see if I’m able. And there’s very little pain, but it's still there. So I get up, and the uncertainty/chest pain was still there but noticeable less. But my shoulder muscles were still in pain and now my fingers/hand muscles were in pain too. So I stay in all day drinking water, pedialyte just watching Netflix, YouTube etc. By last night, I was feeling little to no pain when breathing in deeply, most of the muscle pain in my fingers/hands was gone.
But this morning I woke up still feeling kinda strange, but I made me some hot tea. 2 bags, 1 decaf, 1 green tea, drank it super hot and since then I’ve felt pretty much “normal”. I went out to the grocery store(only because I had to) in a mask & bandana, first time I’ve been out the house in 2 days.
You do not want this. I was so out of it Tuesday night/all day Wednesday. Tremendous chest pain/pressure, muscle pain(which my shoulders still hurt), slightly disoriented, scared, I feel like my drinking damn near a whole gallon of water, with pedialyte, eating apple slices, vitamin c & d,tylenol, made a quick turnaround for me. I’m gonna continue to do these things this evening. But I feel like I’m really lucky. This is no joke brehs. And mind you I havent been sick all year nor was I overly mindful of being worried about this virus.
Yup... that's that shyt bruh...
That feeling in ur chest.
I guess everybody is describing it as "tightness" kinda in the middle of ur chest.
I felt like it was more pronounced when I was waking up and laying down.
Try to stay calm. Obviously it seems like panicking makes the feeling worse.
I've been saying...
Test how long u can hold ur breath every 2 days to see if ur lung function is getting worse.
And try to do some cardiovascular activity to maybe strengthen it.
That's what I've been doing and it seems to be working..
I really think the same. About a week or so ago (time is a blur), I was having tightness and a burning sensation in my chest. A cough here and there but nothing crazy. The whole time (maybe 4-5 days) I just felt super off that week. My girl convinced me that it was just my sinus drainage mixed with us wilding out and drinking a little too much right before all the quarantining started to celebrate her completing a 3 month out of state assignment. Regardless, I drank a ton of hot tea with variations of lemon, lime, ginger, turmeric and cayenne pepper. This is something I normally do because I have sinus issues but just ramped it up. Along with lots of water and a mix of water/Apple cider vinegar. Now that I’m feeling100 percent this week I’m even more convinced. I’ve went thru sinus issues all my life and even an infection that caused vertigo last year and it never felt like that. May never know though.

But she’s negative, unless she some had it before me and had no symptoms
If you can afford to tell them to kick rocks for another 2 weeks.
