Again, I understand your point but I think you're missing the core of what I'm saying. It's really not that difficult.

A negative test doesn't mean you're immune, and you still could contract the virus. Therefore we're right back to square one of social distancing as if you had the virus anyway.

IF you test positive you'll likely be sent home and told to self-quarantine. Sure you now know for sure that you are positive; but there's no medication or treatment so this isn't really any different than standard social distancing guidelines.

Technically we should all be practicing social distancing as if we have the virus anyway. Unless you are ill enough to potentially be admitted to the hospital explain how testing positive or negative actually changes what you would do after getting the result?

My issue is when do you come out if self quarantine?

Also, they say people who're asymptomatic can spread the virus..

When do they stop being asymptomatic?

To many variables with this virus that hasn't been answered yet..

Of course I'm not a health expert, so I can't exactly quantify an answer for you. As a disclaimer this isn't meant to sound callous, just factual.

From my reading and interpretation, IDEALLY if EVERYONE could simply stay home and avoid any other people for about 14 days there would be FEW people with the virus that are contagious. In that 14 day span most infected people would either die or recover, thereby significantly reducing the ability to spread.

Of course this isn't possible, but the more we continue interact the longer it will take to stop contagion. Also people who are asymptomatic (or negative) make it complicated because they are more likely to take risks. Consider an average couple in a serious relationship (who live separately) that likely still visit each other intimately right now without considering who all their partner interacts with.

The craziest thing about this is it doesn't matter how smart you are, you can lose your job and even with all your degrees masters, doctorates in this and that no where is hiring you're sol
Job recruiters I've spoken to are feeling it.

Jobs that are hiring are lowballing like crazy.

"We want three years of exp and will only pay you $19 for four months. $21 after IF we hire you:mjgrin:"

This was a damn hospital :wow:

My girl tested negative :blessed:

how is it possible? Outside of her immune system being ultra strong

we kissed, drink out the same glass, ate off the same spoons, had sex, I’ve fixed her foods, cooked, literally slept in the same bed everyday until I had gotten my results back.

:whew: But she’s negative, unless she some had it before me and had no symptoms

What's her blood type? O+ is most resistant

So a hospital ER gave the test to my pops, but they didnt put the results on his discharge papers. He says they told him hes negative but hes a little older so the fam decided we'd call to get confirmation... They talking about they dont give results over the phone. And even if he goes in with ID they cant give any documentation on results just his same discharge papers

sounds like sum bullchit

now we have no idea for sure of his results... may have to get him tested again somewhere else

later on started having breathing issues and stuff. But everything good now bro
How long did the breathing issues last and were they alarming enough that u considered the hospital?
