children born out of wedlock wouldn't be covered either... but ones conceived out of wedlock are, the cacs had to write in the shotgun marriage exemption for themselves
i called this earlier this week, now it's how they're the only ones fit to receive parental tax breaks, next it'll be how they're the only ones that should be parents at all
Wait so even if the parents are married but the children were born before the marriage this wouldn't apply to those families???
