If a farmer or any land owner wants to allow wind farms on their land to make money they should be allowed to do that. Big Oil is overstepping. They already charge you extra to register your EV in Texas. This is a step way beyond that.

I was just talking to my supervisor about this yesterday. The fact we still use so few renewable energy sources is crazy. We should have solar panels on every building, and we should have windmills everywhere.
