There was no reason for him to be pitching today. 40 man active roster and you send your closer out there for the 5th straight day to do mop up work?
what kind of fukkery is this? and he gave up 2 back to back homeruns....then blew a 4 run lead to win the division. this is the dumbest shyt i've ever seen

Which is understandable, but bringing closers into non save situations just never seems to work out well unless you really need to give a guy some work. Now if they had used some other guy to try to save that 4 run lead and he ran into trouble, I could see using Tolleson to try to close it out, but he really wasn't needed unless it was an emergency.
