it's a public school!

public schools accommodate everyone, private schools don't.

Did I not say let the public fund a 100 more?

It was done on purpose. Republicans don’t believe minorities deserve an education and that’s what it comes down to

Yeah I think it comes down to alot of bureaucracy and laws to prevent Parents the power to choose the schools they want to put their child in. Once they give more power to Parents, all this "School choice" and "public vs private" would all disintegrate IMO

The whole point of school choice, vouchers etc., in red states is to weaken public schools so that privatized education looks like a more desirable solution.

The wealthy white kids will be fine but poor white kids and minority kids will be indoctrinated with a low quality education....making it harder to compete against the rich kids.

Get rid of abortion? More poor, uneducated people are born that can be manipulated because their education was subpar. Concentrate the wealth and expand the poor...so there's more of a rat race among the poor.....lower wages, higher profits, easier to elect shytty politicians, less accountability.

This is just a way to keep arguing..the government will never fully fund school districts and pay teachers more. They will never stop taking or adding away. This will never happen and you know this.

So why not get 100 more Lebron schools funded by tax payers?

Or maybe you can come up with a school idea? Then the government can fund 100 of your schools.
Dude says the government will never properly fund public schools so just have the government fund “Lebron schools” aka a properly funded public school :dead:

a properly funded public school that has admission lottery, test requirements, private funding.

I remember one of the big reasons people hated charter/voucher schools was due to the fact they targeted lower income students. That’s exactly what this school does too.

The school also has an executive director. The executive director is the head of the foundation providing funding.

The school follows the same path charter/alternative /religious schools do. They just skip the voucher process.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.
