the only way out is to own your own property. that'll lock u in for a fixed price unless taxes go up. and that's completely out of your control. however, if worse come to worse, u at least got an asset to sell or rent out if u need to.

thats not possible for everyone thats the problem. im not worried about myself. not everyone can own a home. with that being an indisputable fact situations where rent takes up pretty much entire paychecks shouldnt be a thing.

americans are p*ssy and easily distracted with bullshyt that we cant come together and take this country away from corporations that run it. shyt like this will never change for the better cus people will sit down and take pride and celebrate trump being out of office when their lives will not be better under either party. put that energy towards real goals and change might come. people are too locked in on hot topic politics. letting cnn or fox news or msnbc or whatever tell you what your political interest are instead of what truly affects you and your people.
