In all fairness to him it also has to do with the makeup of the team after the trade too. The spacing that guys like Singler and Jerebko provided with their shooting is once again non existant so the team is back to an easy to stop offense where opponents just pack the lane. If Stan decides to keep Reggie I'm sure it will be structured differently than the current roster with more shooters next year to open up the floor like Van Gundy likes.the one win? against the Wizards.![]()
I'm pretty sure Stan has Brandon over Reggie, once they got rid of Smith dude was balling until that damned injury and the Pistons were looking like the 3rd/4th seed, a POs lock for sure even with that slow start of the season. In all fairness to him it also has to do with the makeup of the team after the trade too. They want to start reggie and Jennings together which is awful defensively. I don't think they'll keep Reggie, and for sure Reggie won't accept to come off the bench again.
Did the Pistons got some picks in the trade?

Since the Kanter trade, the Jazz have allowed just 89.3 points per 100 possessions. It’s a remarkable turnaround for a team that ranked dead last defensively the previous season.

Should have gotten rid of favors, kanter betterThe Jazz are 7-2 since they traded Kanter and gave Gobert the starting job with wins over the Spurs, Blazers and Grizz, don't think they could give a shyt about Kanter when people are writing features like this about Gawdbert -
Rudy Gobert is revolutionizing the Utah Jazz

They were basically stealth tanking with Kanter, they knew Rudy would lead to wins![]()

Yall are giving up 100+ point games like it's going out of style. Gobert's a beast but Kanter has been nice for the Thunder so far.
