Just writing you a letter to say I appreciate all the work you did for this organization. If not for you coming to this team, I'd still be getting by ass whooped by Steve Nash old ass in the first round.
A lot of my fans I guess were asleep during those dark years of my career, but I missed the playoffs man, and I couldnt make it past the first round until the Lord blessed me with you. I got so whiny during those times I wanted to get traded. I wanted another all star too in Jason Kidd, but that didnt go through. People say I dont need starts to win, yet I have had the pleasure to play beside Karl Malone, Gary Payton, Steve Nash (whose belt is still red from my rear he took to me two years straight), and Dwight Howard.
It was good for you to come, because I never had a most VALUABLE player in a finals before, Shaq got all those accolades. That kind of makes me a sidekick. My dumb ass fans thinks I carried that team in the western conference, but lets be real, I was playing against some inferior SGs. I mean the 2nd best SG in the conference was DOUG CHRISTIE
. Meanwhile Shaq had his hands full with Karl Malone, Tim Duncan, Rasheed Wallace, David Robinson, and Kevin Garnett. And somehow he still managed to score more points than me.
