Beats I had to resist the urge to buy them shyts when it was time for some new headphones/earphones. They look official, especially the all black joints, but the build quality is questionable and lets be real, the sound quality is ass. You throw in some bullshyt 192kb mp3 (and no damn equalizer) and its a wrap. I had to go get the Shure in ear monitors which are well worth the $$ if you wanna drop $100-200 on something to enhance your music listening experience

nikkas just made me send my broken headphones and I got the entire box with everything brand new even with new cords

thats how it is with most brands, nothing to be excited about lol. Some will have you pay a fee if your item is really old but thats it. Thats how most warranties work
