I knew that would happen, maybe they luck up and get one of the coordinators still in the playoffs, but if I were them, I'd wait til next year. That org is a joke and needs to recalibrate its expectations as far as coaches go

that, coupled with the picks they have, could be deadly. but its not that, its the owner/GM/president all going in 3 different ways. Banner is a clown, and Lombardi doesnt seem to work well with him

If it wasn't for the FO this would've easily been right there with Houston as one of the top jobs. The talent is there but the shytty, untrustworthy FO is keeping any coach from wanting this job.
