When I had a job that required me to be up at like 5:30, 6:00 AM, I would intentionally set an alarm for like 3:30 AM, just so the first time I heard the alarm, I knew I had some time to go back to sleep, to trigger that relief. Working life is a brutal strain, esp. when you aren't making a lot of money. I was up at 5:30, off work at 3:30 and taking college classes until like 8:00. The value of time is really shown to you later in life.
