..build character in you boy i tell you..i was hoping i would they would convert me into a full time hire position there after some time...but that was not to be..i couldnt afford to stay in my apt by myself when my grad school roomie moved back to Taiwan after graduation..it was around 1000 a month and a 1 bedroom was like 800..didnt have the sure funds to downgrade..yearly i wasn't making much..so i ended up moving into a house with other cats...i remember thinking everything i own in this world is in 1 bedroom...im like i got 2 degrees..theres gotta be more to this..thankfully after about 4 months...i got a new contracting gig that paid more and later ended up converting me into a regular hire after some time..that was crucial because i had a 6 month reprieve after graduation from having to start paying my grad school loans...it all fell into place...a year after that i had my own apt...no more living with anyone..thats when i felt like i came up and didnt feel so struggle-ish lolHow will you know when you not a broke boi anymore though?A mortgage gonna have me feeling like a broke boi everyday.

yeah the interest and fees are an L, but the shyt is a several hundred thousand dollar payoff somewhere down the lineIf you're paying into a mortgage you've got to think of it like saving/investing otherwise it'll drive you mental. $3k of my income each month goes into my mortgage, but apart from the interest that goes to the bank, it's all stacking.
The difference between paying another man's mortgage through rent and paying your own mortgage?![]()
