I don't serve a recipe to other people unless I've made it successfully a few times. Gotta work all the kinks and bugs out before primetime. Only takes fukking up one time to get banned from the grill at family events.
Also, when you're new you gotta use a thermometer. Makes it almost impossible to undercook or overcook the meat. Don't even need the fancy Bluetooth probes, just a cheap $10 digital thermometer will have you set.
one thing i noticed about ppl that cant cook is that they shift priorities while theyre trying to do it. that shyt should be A#1 until its done, esp if you feeding other ppl. esp how much food costs. turn off that damn playstation
