Believe in miracles in the NBA Playoffs, especially the first round, brehs.
I noticed something.
The reason why the west gets so much better is because they have good teams that get good draft picks.
If it was just the top 16 teams that made the playoffs. A lot of teams in the east would get good young players and the playing field would in theory level out.
