When I lived there, it was jumping quickly. Went from around $750 in rent to over $1,000 in 18 months where I lived. Went up much more than that for new tenants. Can't imagine what it's at now.

I woulda thought Detroit woulda been on here, but the new developments deal and the community benefits deal means that any new residential has to allocate 30% of its units for subsidized housing and any new commercial development has to show a plan of investment into the neighborhood it wants to build in...

its a decent deal...might turn some investors off though :manny:
