Doobie Doo
Veteran
For the first time in a long time I'm actually proud of myself. I was out of work consistently for the past two years and had to rely on unemployment and my side hustles to live. Got my first IT job ever in July 2013.
Then got money from that to buy more film equipment, met a bail bondsman who proposed an idea to shoot a TV show based around folks getting locked up and began shooting the show in Dec 2013. Finished two episodes by March 2014 and now I'm in a bidding war with the local Fox affiliate and WDRC22 to air the show.
Now I'm getting hired to shoot commercials for local companies
Finally finished the compilation album me and my peoples been putting together for the past two years. With features from Prince Po (Organized Konfusion) and Geechi Suede (Camp Lo).
Closing in on a distribution deal with that. Working with Camp Lo and Prince Po/Pharoah Monch on a possible Organize Konfusion reunion album. And all this popped off in the last couple months late 2013 to present.
